Grant Reporting

To monitor the progress of the research work, a request for an interim report is sent annually to the recipients of the grants. The first request for a report is sent in October-November following the year in which the grant was awarded. The recipient of a grant shall inform the Foundation of possible changes in the contact information to allow the Foundation to keep in contact with him/her. When the research project is completed, the recipient is expected to submit a written research report to the Foundation.

The grant or part of it can be revoked if the research project is not completed within five years from the date on which the grant was awarded. If possible, the grant is revoked by mutual agreement with the researcher concerned.
